First season in the Miner program.

High School: Won the Illinois Class 2A state championship in the 110-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 14.11 seconds to close out the 2025 season, after capturing the state title as a junior in 14.36 seconds…also won the conference and sectional championships in that event as a senior…competed on the 4x100-meter relay team that competed at the state meet.
 
Personal: Attended Triad High School…son of Prince Saaid Yohannes and Rachel Ripley…majoring in electrical engineering at Missouri S&T.
