2011: Repeated as the GLVC outdoor triple jump champion to earn All-GLVC first team honors for the second year in succession…posted his best mark of the season of 46-9 in his winning effort…finished fifth in the triple jump at the GLVC Indoor Championships and also placed ninth in the long jump…had top mark in the long jump was 21-6; indoor high in the triple jump was 45-3.

2010: Swept the GLVC triple jump titles in his freshman season at Missouri S&T...won the indoor event with a mark of 46-2, then captured the outdoor title with a performance of 47-3 3/4...finished sixth in the indoor long jump at the conference meet with a mark of 21-8 3/4...best mark during that portion of the season was 21-11 1/2...top performance in the outdoor season in the long jump was 20-10 1/2.

HIGH SCHOOL: Won the Missouri Class 2 state title in 2009 with a mark of 45-6 in the finals...also finished 10th in 2009 in the long jump with a top mark of 21-9 1/2...as a junior, he was the Class 2 runner-up in the triple jump with a leap of 44 feet, while he had a mark of 20-4 1/4 in the long jump to finish ninth...had a mark of 42-7 in the triple jump as a sophomore to earn an eighth place finish at the state meet.

PERSONAL: Son of Greg and Janine Smith...attended Westran High School...majoring in civil and architectural engineering.
