First season in the Miner program.

High School: Was the Kansas Class 5A state champion in the 800-meters in 2025, running a time of 1:53.71 in his winning effort…finished eighth at the state meet in the event in 2024…best time in the 800-meters was 1:53.12; also had times of 4:22.65 in the 1,600-meters and 6:03.93 in the 2,000-meter steeplechase…best five-kilometer mark in cross country was 16:03.
 
Personal: Attended Spring Hill High School…son of Chad and Angela Janovick…majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
