Biography
2010: Ran in the middle distance events and placed second in the 800-meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...had a season-best time of 1:54.69 to earn the second place finish...also had times of 4:00.82 in the 1,500-meters during the outdoor season...had top indoor times of 1:57.70 in the 800-meters and 4:19.95 in the mile.
2009: Competed in the middle distance events during his freshman season with the Miners...recorded a top indoor time of 1:57.42, third-best on the team, in the 800-meters...placed eighth at the GLVC Indoor Championships in the event...had marks of 2:06.55 in the outdoor 800-meters and 4:07.98 in the 1,500.
HIGH SCHOOL: Finished seventh at the Class 4 state cross country meet, running a time of 16:59 in the state meet to help lead his team to the championship…competed in cross country and in the middle distance events, where he ran a time of 1:58.25 at the Oklahoma Class 5 State Championships in the 800-meters to take second place.
PERSONAL: Son of Scott and Sheri Fairbairn...attended Deer Creek High School...majoring in mechanical engineering.
