2022: Competed in four races during the season...recorded his top eight-kilometer time of the season of 29:14 at the Border War Classic...also had times of 29:16 at the Larry Young Invitational and 29:17 at the GLVC Championships.

2021: Competed in five meets during the season, including the GLVC Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional...had a season-best time of 27:40 over eight kilometers at the GLVC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was named as Ozark's 2020 Mr. Cross Country after earning second-team all-district and third-team all-region honors...qualified for the Missouri Class 5 state championships and had a time of 17:48 at that meet...was a four-year varsity letterman who earned academic all-state honors in all four seasons.

PERSONAL: Son of Michelle Fritz...attended Ozark High School...majoring in electrical engineering at Missouri S&T.
