CAREER BESTS & RESULTS
2024: Competed in the throwing events…recorded an eighth place finish in the discus at the GLVC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 143-2…best discus mark came earlier in the season at the Dewey Allgood Invitational of 143-8…also had top throws for the season of 46-8 in the shot put and 120-7 in the hammer…had top indoor marks of 45-11¾ in the shot put and 40-6 in the weight throw.
2025: Had his top showing of the outdoor season in the hammer throw with a mark of 140-7 at the GLVC Championships…had a performance of 46-11½ in the shot put and 142-8 in the discus during the outdoor campaign…posted his best indoor performance of the season in the weight throw of 46-6 at the GLVC Championships…best shot mark was 48-1¾ at Principia…member of GLVC All-Academic team.
High School: Earned all-state honors in Alabama after finishing fourth in the discus throw at the 2023 Class 7A state championships…competed in the shot put at the state championships in 2022 and 2023, as well as the discus in 2022.
Personal: Attended Hewitt Trussville High School…son of Duane and Theresa Carter…majoring in civil engineering at Missouri S&T.
