2010: Posted top times of 15:58.88 in the outdoor 5,000-meters, 9:16.04 in the indoor 3,000 and 15:44.44 in the 5,000 in the indoor season.

2009: Ran in the distance events for the Miners during the year...posted a time of 9:19.82 in the indoor campaign in the 3,000-meters at Southern Illinois...best outdoor time of season in the 5,000-meters came at Pittsburg State when he posted a mark of 15;54.52...also competed in the steeplechase and had a time of 10:12.10 during the conference meet in Indianapolis.

2008: Did not compete during the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Finished eighth in the 2006 Missouri Class 3 state meet to earn all-state honors on a team that won the state title for the second year in succession...had a time of 16:24 over five kilometers at the state championships, after posting a 16:32 in his winning performace at the sectional meet...earned all-district and all-conference honors as well as earning the team's "most determined" award...also earned numerous academic honors at the high school level.

PERSONAL: Son of Norman and Judy Forbes...attended Potosi High School, where he was ranked in the top 10 percent of his senior class and was the president of the school's branches of the National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes...majoring in business and management systems.
