Biography
2012: Posted a seasonal-best mark during the outdoor season of 4:00.72 in the 1,500-meters at the Dewey Allgood Invitational…had top indoor times of 4:27.93 in the mile and 8:56.70 in the 3,000-meters.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a two-time state champion in cross country and in the 1,600-meters in track and field...had top times of 4:38.80 in the 1,600-meters, 9:48.57 in the 3,200-meters and 15:25.45 in the 5,000-meters...was named as the Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of Arkansas in the 2009-10 season.
PERSONAL: Son of Jay and Lori Marchman...attended Sheridan High School...majoring in electrical engineering.
