CAREER BESTS & RESULTS

2025: Competed in one indoor meet during the season, where he recorded times of 4:40.01 in the miles and 9:22.76 in the 3,000-meters…had times of 4:17.45 in the 1,500-meters at the Miner Invitational as well as a performance of 16:03.68 at the Washington University Distance Carnival in the 5,000.

High School: Earned most valuable player honors in cross country and track at Eureka High School…also earned student of the year honors on the academic side in chemistry and physics at his school.
 
Personal: Attended Eureka High School…son of Troy and Michelle Monk…majoring in aerospace engineering at Missouri S&T.
