2022: Was the runner-up in the 400-meter hurdles at the GLVC Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 52.86 seconds...anchored the 4x100-meter relay team that took fourth place and led off the 4x400-meter relay team that recorded a fifth place finish...finished fifth in the 400-meters and seventh in the 200-meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships...was also part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed seventh....had a top 200-meter time of 21.96 during the outdoor season and 22.59 indoors...also had a time of 49.46 during the indoor season in the 400-meter dash.

2021: Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...posted his best time of the season in the finals of 53.68 seconds...was the leadoff runner for S&T in the 4x100-meter relay that took sixth at the conference meet and was also a member of the fourth place finishing 4x400-meter relay team.

2020: Earned a conference championship as part of the distance medley relay team at the GLVC Indoor Championships...also recorded a seventh place finish in the 400-meters, an event where his best time was 50.95 seconds and was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth at the conference meet.

PERSONAL: Son of Ryan and Nicole Toben…attended Lafayette High School…majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
