Biography
2024-25: Swam a season-best 1:49.45 at the GLVC Championships…also recorded a 1:52.74 at the GLVC Championships for a season best…picked up fourth place in the 50-yard freestyle at the House of Champions Invite with a time of 22.84…named to the GLVC All-Academic team.
2023-24: Set season bests in the 200-yard freestyle and the 100-yard butterfly at the GLVC Championships with times of 1:41.84 and 49.71, respectively…named to the GLVC All-Academic team.
2022-23: Competed in the distance freestyle events during his first season at S&T...was part of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that scored at the GLVC Championships...had top marks of 1:42.86 in the 200-yard freestyle, 4:47.90 in the 500-freestyle and 9:55.30 in the 1,000-free...member of GLVC All-Academic team.
PERSONAL: Son of David and Cheryl McCrary...competed at Fort Zumwalt West High School, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude...finished second in the 100-yard backstroke and sixth in the 100-yard butterfly at the Missouri Class 2 state championships in 2021...was sixth in the 500-yard freestyle and eighth in the 100-butterfly at the state championships in his junior year...majoring in computer engineering at Missouri S&T.
