Earned first-team all-state honors at the high school level amd was named as his team's offensive player of the year...scored 44 goals in his senior year, where he served as team captain and led his team to a 24-2 record...also earned Lutheran All-America honors...was a member of the Executive Directors Honor Roll as a senior.

Personal: Attended St. Paul Lutheran High School...son of Michael and Cynthia Rodewald...majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
