Returner who earned a spot in the starting lineup as a freshman…finished his first year at S&T with two goals and an assist…scored the game-winning goal in overtime against Indianapolis when he headed in a free kick…also scored at Lewis…had five goals and five assists last season at Vianney, where he was twice named as his team's most valuable player during his prep career….served as a team captain during the 2006 season as Vianney reached the Missouri Class 3 semifinals…earned the team's top offensive player award during his career.
PERSONAL: Born Sept. 9, 1988 in St. Louis, Mo.…son of Gary Stokes and Barbara Phillips …attended Vianney High School…majoring in civil and architectural engineering.
