Three-year starter for the Miners…spent the 2008 season playing at the sweeper spot after two years at forward…earned third-team all-region and all-conference honors for his play during his junior year…scored three times on the season, including what proved to be the decisive goal in the victory at Tiffin…scored with 46 seconds left in regulation time to help S&T earn a tie at Bellarmine and also scored the team’s only goal in a tie against Saint Joseph’s…was the Miners’ leading scorer in 2006 and 2007…finished the 2007 campaign with five goals and an assist for 11 points…scored both goals in the season-opening win over Ashland…also scored the game-winning goal in overtime against Saint Joseph’s…earned second-team All-GLVC honors following the 2006 season, when he finished as the league’s third-leading goal scorer with 11…was sixth in the conference in points per game…scored three times in a win over Kentucky Wesleyan and twice in wins over Northern Kentucky and Saint Joseph’s…scored four game-winning goals during the season…also tallied goals against Christian Brothers, Quincy, Ashland (with less than two minutes to play to win that game) and Missouri-St. Louis…was redshirted in the 2005 season…was a first-team all-state selection in his senior year and first-team all-conference selection in the Southwestern Conference...had 15 goals and nine assists last season at Alton...was also an Illinois State Scholar and recipient of the Silver Medallion award.
