CAREER BESTS & RESULTS
2022: Ran in five races during his first season at S&T...posted his top time of the year of 29:28 over eight kilometers at the Border War Classic...also had a time of 29:31 at the GLVC Championships.
2024: Posted a time of 9:59.21 in the steeplechase at the Dewey Allgood Invitational and had an indoor mile mark of 4:36.75…member of GLVC All-Academic team.
2025: Recorded seasonal-best times in the steeplechase of 9:55.62, 5,000-meters of 16:03.53 and 1,500-meters of 4:15.88 during the season…also had his top career indoor time in the 3,000-meters of 9:30.08…member of GLVC All-Academic team.
Personal: Attended Blair Oaks High School…son of Steve Frisbie and Lisa Garritano…majoring in computer engineering at Missouri S&T.
