CAREER BESTS & RESULTS

2024: Was part of the Miners’ eighth place team in the distance medley relay at the GLVC Indoor Championships…had his best 5,000-meter mark of the season at Pittsburg State of 16:15.35, while his top time in the mile also came at PSU of 4:25.34…ran a time of 4:04.27 in the 1,500 at Southwest Baptist during the outdoor campaign…member of GLVC All-Academic team.

2025: Ran as part of S&T’s fourth place finisher in the distance medley relay at the GLVC Indoor Championships…also had top times during the indoor season of 2:02.05 in the 800-meters, 4:17.59 in the mile and 8:48.20 in the 3,000-meters…posted his fastest 1,500-meter time of the outdoor season at Central Missouri of 3:58.78…member of GLVC All-Academic team.

High School: Competed in cross country and track as well as swimming at Shawnee Mission Northwest.
 
Personal: Attended Shawnee Mission Northwest High School…son of Alex and Kelley Mitchell…majoring in civil engineering at Missouri S&T.
