2021: Competed in five meets during the season, including the GLVC Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional...had a season-best time of 27:40 over eight kilometers at the GLVC Championships.
2022: Competed in four races during the season...recorded his top eight-kilometer time of the season of 29:14 at the Border War Classic...also had times of 29:16 at the Larry Young Invitational and 29:17 at the GLVC Championships.
2024: Competed in the distance events…had his best time of the season in the 5,000-meters of 16:16.33 at the Dewey Allgood Invitational…also ran a 9:24.16 in the indoor 3,000-meters at Principia…member of GLVC All-Academic team.
2025: Competed in two indoor meets…ran a personal-best time of 4:43.51 in the mile at Illinois College…also had a mark of 9:45.11 in the 3,000-meters at Central Missouri…member of GLVC All-Academic team.
Personal: Attended Ozark High School…son of Michelle Fritz…majoring in electrical engineering at Missouri S&T.
