Biography
2011-12: Completed his first season with the Miners with an average of 10.4 points per game – good for third on the team – while leading S&T in rebounding with 5.9 a game and in blocked shots with 14…also lead the team in field goal percentage of 52.7 percent while shooting 58 percent at the free throw line…had 32 assists and 15 steals as well…reached double figures on 17 occasions, headed by a 21-point performance in the Miners’ overtime win at GLVC West champion Missouri-St. Louis…also scored 20 in a key February victory at Rockhurst that helped secure the Miners’ GLVC Tournament berth and against Southwest Baptist…pulled down a season-high 11 rebounds against Lindenwood-Belleville and had 10 against Missouri-St. Louis for his lone double-double of the year…had two stretches of four straight double figure scoring outings, the second of which saw him average 16.5 points in those four contests…had four assists in the win at Rockhurst and blocked four shots against Barry.
AT BROWN MACKIE: Was a NJCAA third-team All-America selection following the 2010-11 season…averaged 13.4 points, 9.7 rebounds and a blocked shot per game at Brown Mackie College in Kansas…shot 55 percent from the floor for the season…scored a season-high 20 points a year ago against Penn Valley in a game where he also hauled in 14 rebounds…made the decisive basket in a victory over Hesston when he scored 19 on the night.
