Moved to the secondary during the 2015 season and also played on special teams...completed 33-of-66 passes in seven games during the 2014 season for 425 yards and five touchdowns during the 2014 campaign...threw for a season-high 218 yards in a relief role against McKendree with a pair of scores...threw at least one touchdown pass in three of the final four games of the season...also rushed for 42 yards on the year...appeared in seven games during the 2013 campaign and started in each of the last four…completed 90-of-171 passes (52.6 percent) for 1,064 yards and six touchdowns…was 20-of-30 for 235 yards and a pair of scores in the win over McKendree…threw for a career-high 241 yards in the season-ending victory over Quincy…came off the bench to help lead S&T to a critical win over Saint Joseph’s, throwing the game-winning 38-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter…completed better than 50 percent of his passes in his final three starts...was redshirted for the 2012 season...was named as his team’s most valuable player in each of his last two high school seasons as he earned second-team all-conference honors in the Suburban West Conference…threw for 1,790 yards and 20 touchdowns as a senior after throwing for 2,218 yards and 19 touchdowns in his junior year, a season in which the Flyers reached the Missouri Class 6 quarterfinals and won the conference title…was a finalist for all-metro honors in St. Louis as he set six schools records at Lindbergh…was a two-year captain on the squad...also competes in track & field at Missouri S&T and won the Great Lakes Valley Conference championship in the javelin throw as the Miners captured the conference title in 2015.
