Biography

Returning squadmember who will seek to earn time at quarterback…transferred from Missouri Southern prior to the 2008 season…was redshirted in the 2007 season…was a two-year starter at quarterback at the high school level…set the Carthage High School single season record for passing yards with 2,072 and touchdowns with 21 in his senior year…was a two-time all-district and all-conference performer…threw for 3,831 yards and 35 touchdowns in his high school career while completing 62 percent of his passes.

Personal: Attended Carthage High School, where his coach was Doug Buckmaster…son of Edward and Alice Johns…majoring in mechanical engineering at S&T.
