Earned a letter last season on the defensive side of the football…finished the year with five tackles and one tackle for a loss…expected to play at linebacker and on special teams...was in on 12 tackles as a redshirt freshman, including one for a loss...was a unanimous first-team all-conference selection last season…earned first-team all-metro Kansas City honors at defensive end and second-team laurels from the Blue Springs Examiner and Metro Sports…set the school record for sacks with 14.5…also played on offense as a guard.

Attended Grain Valley High School, where his coach was Forest Rovello…son of Rob and Robin Stodghill…majoring in nuclear engineering.
