Returner who played in three games during the 2016 campaign…only tackle on the season was a quarterback sack that came in the victory over Lincoln…recorded one tackle during the Miners' exhibition game with College of Faith in 2015...redshirted for the 2014 season...will compete for a role at linebacker...was selected as a scholar-athlete in the Greater Metro Conference in Milwaukee.
Personal: Attended Wauwatosa East High School, where his coach was Mike Richards...son of Tim and Amy Schmidt...majoring in nuclear engineering at Missouri S&T.
