Three-year letterman who will compete for a starting spot at cornerback…finished the 2007 season with 58 tackles and an interception, which he got during the win over Central State…also had a season-high 10 tackles in that contest and had two other games with nine stops…made 12 tackles, including one for a loss, during the 2006 season…had a season-high six tackles at Southwestern Oklahoma State…finished with 29 tackles in his freshman season, including 16 initial stops...had at least one tackle in every game with a season-high of seven against Butler...also had three tackles for a loss...was a running back at the high school level who rushed for better than 2,700 yards in his final three high school seasons, including a 1,031-yard campaign in 2003...was a first-team all-district and all-conference performer who also earned the team’s offensive back of the year honors...was honorable mention all-metro in the St. Louis area...had 31 tackles and an interception while
playing on defense.
