2024: Redshirted for the season…member of GLVC All-Academic team…recipient of Brother James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar Award from the GLVC for a 4.0 grade point average during the entire academic year.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was in on 23 tackles during the 2023 campaign, which included three for a loss, after having six tackles behind the line of scrimmage among his 18 stops as a junior...also played on the offensive line during his prep career...was also named to the academic all-state team following the 2023 season.
PERSONAL: Attended Saint Michael the Archangel High School...son of John Garside and Laura Westhusin...majoring in computer science at Missouri S&T.
