Missed the 2016 season due to an injury…has seen considerable playing time on the offensive line over the last two seasons after being redshirted for the 2013 season...was a first-team all-conference and second-team all-area selection at Triad High School, where he played both tackle and guard…also earned academic all-state honors during his prep career while earning a number of additional academic honors at his school.

Personal: Attended Triad High School, where his coach was Paul Bassler…son of Jim and Rozann Mersinger…majoring in mining engineering at Missouri S&T.
