High School: Earned academic all-state honors as a team captain at the high school level…in his senior year in 2024, he had 29 receptions for 264 yards and three touchdowns for a team that reached the Missouri Class 5 semifinals…played on defense during his junior season, where he recorded nine tackles.
Personal: Attended Lafayette High School…son of Richard and Gayle Preckel…older brother, Henry, played at Missouri S&T from 2017-22 and was a three-time All-GLVC performer on the defensive line...twin brother, Robby, is a freshman tight end at Northwestern University...majoring in civil engineering at Missouri S&T.
