Finished with 26 tackles in the 2015 season...had 17 solo stops which included two for a loss, along with an interception, a blocked kick and two pass breakups...had a season-high six tackles against Lincoln...transferred to MissourI S&T from DeAnza College…finished with 32 tackles and an interception during the 2014 season, with 22 of the tackles being solo stops…made 20 tackles during his freshman season and also had an interception...was a first-team all-conference selection at the high school level, where he had over 1,000 yards in receptions and five interceptions in his senior year.

Personal: Attended Sobrato High School, where his coach was Nick Borello...son of Katrina Hernandez...majoring in technical communications at Missouri S&T.
