Prior to Missouri S&T: Played at Texas A&M-Commerce and most recently at West Texas A&M...saw playing time in the season opener of the 2020 season against Oklahoma Panhandle State and had 16 yards rushing in that contest...completed one of his two passes during the 2019 season at Texas A&M-Commerce after played in one game as a redshirt freshman in 2018 and a redshirt season in 2017...was a three-year letter winner in football and baseball at Canyon…accumulated over 7,500 yards of total offense, including more than 2,200 rushing yards at the high school level and scored 70 touchdowns...was a two-time all-state quarterback and also earned first-team all-district honors...selected as his team's player of the year and offensive most valuable player…named as the Globe News Super Team quarterback.

Personal: Attended Canyon High School, where his coach was Blake Bryant...son of Freddy and Belinda Palacios.
