Biography

Started in the first two games of the 2013 season before being sidelined for the balance of it due to an injury…had six tackles in the two contests he appeared in with a high of four against Missouri Western...selected to the GLVC’s all-league team as a second-team choice…ended the year with 27 solo stops and 45 overall, including 11 quarterback sacks that ranked second on the team…had 14 tackles behind the line of scrimmage…recorded a season-best nine tackles at Arkansas Tech and had two sacks against Quincy and Urbana…also forced two fumbles and had a blocked kick in a one-point win over Urbana...named to the All-GLFC second team in 2011…finished fourth on the team in tackles with 37, including 21 solo stops and tied for the team lead with eight quarterback sacks…also made nine tackles behind the line of scrimmage for 47 yards in losses…had a season-high seven tackles against William Jewell and Urbana…had sacks in six of the Miners’ 11 games in 2011 and also added a blocked kick...had a total of 34 tackles during the 2010 season as he appeared in all 11 games...posted a season-high six tackles in the win at Saint Joseph’s, including a sack on the final play of the game to secure the victory...had three of his 8.5 tackles for lost yardage in that contest...finished with four sacks and also forced two fumbles...was redshirted for the 2009 season...had a successful career at St. Francis Prep Academy in New York…was a team captain at St. Francis Prep, earning all-league and all-city honors as a senior…was named as the defensive most valuable player in the Senior Bowl and as the team’s most valuable player as a linebacker…also played at defensive end.

Personal: Attended St. Francis Prep Academy, where his coach was Vincent O’Connor…son of Frederick and Donna Dugard…majoring in mechanical engineering.
