Biography

Transfer from Missouri Southern who will play at quarterback…did not see playing time in 2007 after redshirting in the 2006 season at MSSU…was a three-year starter at quarterback in high school and led St. Clair to district championships in each of those seasons, including a Missouri Class 4 semifinal appearance in 2004…set school records with five touchdown passes in a game and 26 in a season.

Personal: Attended St. Clair High School, where his coach was Brian Robbins…born Dec. 30, 1987…son of Steven Prater and Brenda Laubinger…majoring in history and education.
