Finished the 2012 season with three tackles…also saw playing time on special teams...made three tackles in the 2011 campaign…also plays on special teams...saw a good deal of playing time at linebacker during his freshman season...finished the year with 16 overall tackles, including 11 solo stops...had a season-high five tackles at Lincoln...played at safety in high school, where he was a two-year letterwinner…named as his team’s most improved defensive player and was a three-time defensive player of the week…selected as a scholar-athlete at his school.

Personal: Attended Mason High School, where his coach was David Sedmak…son of Scott Gillispie and Lori Jones…majoring in business administration and technology.
