D.J. Dace joins the Missouri S&T coaching staff this fall after spending the last season on the staff at Southeast Missouri State. Dace will assist with the tight ends in the 2012 season.
Dace was part of the Redhawks’ staff a year ago under head coach Tony Samuel, the recipient of the Eddie Robinson Award in 2010 as the national coach of the year. Dace assisted with the defensive line for the Redhawks during his one season on the staff.
Dace, who is from Cuba, Mo., played on the offensive line at Missouri Valley College and later transferred to Southeast, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in physical education.
