HIGH SCHOOL: Completed better than 70 percent of his passes and 17 touchdowns during his prep career, one in which his team lost just twice...played on teams that had a great deal of success, including two conference championships and two sectional titles...was the winner of the team's Panther Pride Award.
PERSONAL: Attended Benton High School...son of Chad and Ashley Hooten...majoring in engineering management at Missouri S&T.
