Biography
Returns to the Miner program after sitting out in the 2007 season…saw playing time in the secondary in 2006 and finished the year with five tackles…had two interceptions on the year, one of which was returned 62 yards to help secure a win at Morehead State…came to Missouri S&T by way of Glendale Community College...earned first-team all-league honors as a defensive back for the nation’s top-ranked junior college program...earned first-team all-conference honors in high school where he played both cornerback and free safety.
Personal: Attended Ironwood High School, where his coach was Larry Allen...born Aug. 18, 1986...son of Mark and Kelly Gronewold...plans to major in general studies.
