2021: Was named to Don Hansen's All-America team following a record-setting season...led NCAA Division II with 14 quarterback sacks, setting an S&T single-season record in the process and also set a new school mark with 24 tackles for a loss...set new S&T single-game marks with five sacks and six tackles fora  loss against Quincy...had a team-leading 92 tackles (60 solo stops) with two forced fumbles and a  pass breakup...had a season-high 13 tackles in the season-ending win at Southwest Baptist, including a key sack on SBU's final possession...reached double figures in tackles in five games during the year...named to D2Football.com's Elite 100 for the season.

2020: Finished second on the team with 28 tackles during the spring campaign, including a team-best 18 solo stops...recorded 11 tackles against Truman State and 10 against Southwest Baptist...also led the Miners with three sacks and tied for the team lead with 3.5 tackles for a loss...added one pass breakup and a fumble recovery.

2019: Missed the season due to an injury.

2018: Named honorable mention All-GLVC after a season in which he posted 57 total tackles and 6.5 stops for a loss...had an interception (vs. MSU Moorhead in the Mineral Water Bowl) and three sacks to go along with four pass breakups and a forced fumble...made a season-high eight tackles against Northwood and had at least five in seven other games.

2017: Redshirted for the 2017 season.

High School: Recorded 117 tackles, including 92 solo stops in his senior year at Washington High School…also had two fumble recoveries and two interceptions…also played on offense and scored 15 touchdowns in 2016, scoring eight on the ground and catching seven scoring passes among his 54 receptions…had 90 tackles in his junior year while scoring 16 touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball.

Personal: Attended Washington High School, where his coach was Derek Heflin...son of Dan and Tracy Straatmann...majoring in civil engineering at Missouri S&T.
