Missouri S&T Athletics

2016: Moved into the S&T starting rotation in mid-April and picked up wins in his last two GLVC starts, beating Missouri-St. Louis and Maryville…fired a complete game, six-hitter with a season-high seven strikeouts at the NCAA Midwest Regional to beat Ashland and send S&T to the regional title contest…threw 47 38 2/3 innings on the year and struck out 27…had four strikeouts in a three-inning start against nationally-ranked Missouri Southern on April 6...allowed only four runs in his first eight appearances.

2015: Appeared in nine games and finished with a 1-0 record and 8.79 earned run average...made his one start of the season against Lindenwood and was awarded the win at Lincoln...threw 14 1/3 innings during the season and struck out nine...struck out three in relief appearances against Wisconsin-Parkside and Quincy.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a two-time all-conference selection as an infielder in the Jefferson County Large Schools Conference...earned second-team honors in 2014 -- where he was 7-5 with a 1.80 earned run average and 79 strikeouts -- following a first-team selection in 2013 season...posted a 7-3 record on the mound as a senior with 40 strikeouts and an earned run average of under one...was also a top pitcher for his high school team.
