HIGH SCHOOL: Finished the 2011 season with a 2-3 record and 3.95 earned run average…pitched 28 1/3 innings and struck out 27 hitters while making five starts among his seven appearances…posted a 0.57 earned run average in 57 innings during the 2012 American Legion season, striking out 67 hitters along the way…also batted .275 and drove in nine runs at the plate.
