2014: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors at third base...finished with a .328 batting average and a team-high 58 hits, while driving in 23 runs and scoring 25...recorded 17 multiple-hit games during the season, including four-hit outings against Bellarmine and Maryville and a three-hit game against Truman State...went eight-of-15 at the plate in the Miners' four-game sweep over Bellarmine...had an 11-game hitting streak during the year...drove in a season-high three runs in a win at Southwest Baptist...finished second on the squad with 12 stolen bases...also recorded five saves on the mound in 13 appearances, which also included two starts.

2013: Was a versatile utility player for the Miners during the season, playing third base, first base and pitching in relief…started in 45 of the 47 games he appeared in and posted the team’s second-best batting average of .309 with 15 runs batted in and eight stolen bases…tied for the team high with 14 multiple-hit games, with three-hit outings against Hannibal-LaGrange, William Jewell and Rockhurst, when he drove in a season-high four runs…in the Rockhurst game, he had a two-run single in a three-run 10^th inning and was also the winning pitcher with four innings of scoreless relief…went 3-0 on the mound with a 2.55 earned run average…did not allow a run in eight of his 11 appearances and none in the last six…also got wins over Illinois Springfield with a season-high five innings of relief and against Lindenwood-Belleville.

2012: Batted .272 in his first season at S&T, where he split time between the corner infield positions…drove in 24 runs during the year with a high of three against Saint Joseph’s…also had three-hit games against Quincy and William Jewell…struck out just 15 times in 136 at-bats…tied for the team lead with two pinch-hits…also made one appearance on the mound, throwing two innings against Harris-Stowe.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Heritage High School as a pitcher…was a top hurler on that team’s staff…team finished 24-5 and was ranked sixth in Arkansas Class 3A; squad advanced to the state semifinals.

PERSONAL: Son of Dale and Freesa Brown…majoring in civil engineering with an emphasis in explosives…is a member of the Miner football team as a quarterback.
