Biography

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned first-team all-conference honors and was the recipient of his team's top pitcher award...had impressive numbers throughout his high school career...pitching-wise, he was 2-3 in his sophomore season with a 3.80 earned run average in 42 1/3 innings and struck out 54, while batting .361 as a sophomore in 2012 with a home run and 12 runs batted in. He also got 29 at-bats in his freshman season and hit .276. 

PERSONAL: Son of John and Beverly Earnest...majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
