First season as a player in the Missouri S&T program…was with the team in the 2022 fall semester but did not play during the 2023 season.

High School: Earned first-team all-state honors at the high school level at Lincoln-Way East…played as an outside hitter…was an honor roll student at the school as well.

Personal: Attended Lincoln-Way East High School…son of Douglas and Robia Byas…majoring in business at Missouri S&T.
