2016: Finished the season with a .331 average and 27 runs batted in…had 14 multiple-hit games on the year, with three hits against William Jewell on April 24 and Missouri-St. Louis on May 1 with three runs batted in…scored 23 runs during the year…reached base in 11 consecutive games in one stretch…had hits in five of S&T’s six games at the NCAA Midwest Regional and hit .324 in S&T’s nine post-season contests.

2015: Batted .300 for the season as he started in 38 of the 45 games he appeared in...scored 21 runs and drove in 13...had nine multiple-hit games which included four three-hit outings...had back-to-back three-hit games against Lincoln and Indianapolis and had 10 hits in 15 at-bats during a four-game stretch in March...played at second and third base as well as serving as a designated hitter during the year.

2014: Played in 28 games during his first season as a Miner and started in 22...batted .224 with six runs batted in...alos scored three runs and stole a base...went three-of-four at the plate in a win at William Jewell...had a pair of two-hit games during the year during both ends of S&T's doubleheader sweep over Bellarmine on March 22.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Mater Dei High School, where he batted .314 in his senior year with two home runs and 14 runs batted in…also pitched in seven games and struck out an average of 9.7 batters per seven innings…hit .373 with two home runs and 12 runs batted in while scoring 19 runs in the 2012 season…struck out only three times in 95 plate apperances as a junior, played at shortstop and pitcher, where he was 2-2 with a 2.76 earned run average and had 19 strikeouts in 25 1/3 innings in 2012…was the valedictorian of his high school class and was an Illinois State Scholar.

PERSONAL: Son of Gary and Carol Richter…majoring in chemical engineering.
