Biography
First-team pre-season All-America selection by Lindy’s at the placekicker spot…made a school record 13 field goals during the 2009 season on 14 attempts…kicked a game-winning 28-yard field goal with seven seconds to play to give S&T the victory over Saint Francis (Ind.) when the Cougars came into the game ranked fourth in the NAIA…the game-winning kick was his fourth in the game that also tied an S&T single-game mark…scored a team-high 59 points on the year and earned first-team All-GLFC honors...connected on a school record 46 extra points in 55 attempts and was 6-of-10 in field goal efforts in the 2008 season…tied the S&T single-game record with nine extra points in the win over Southwest Baptist…kicked a seasonal-best 34-yard field goal at South Dakota…nailed a 29-yard field goal with 19 seconds to play in regulation time to tie the game at Truman State, a game S&T would win in double overtime…saw playing time in his freshman season handling some of the kickoff duties… was a second-team all-metro and all-conference selection in the Cedar Rapids area during his prep career…played wide receiver and kicker.

Attended Washington High School, where his coach was Tony Lombardi…son of Sub and Pat Drahos…majoring in petroleum engineering.
