Biography
2008-09: Finished fourth in the steeplechase at the GLVC Championships with a seasonal-best time of 9:37.40…also ran in the 1,500- and 5,000-meter events, posting top times of 4:07.02 in the 1,500 and 15:35.81 in the 5,000 in the outdoor season…had the team’s best indoor 3,000-meter time of 8:46.06 and also ran a 4:25.94 in the mile…competed in four meets during the cross country season and placed 24th in the Miner Invitational.
2007-08: Had top times of 4;27.15 in the mile and 8:51.77 in the 3,000 during the indoor season...competed in the 1,500-meters outdoors and had a best time of 4:14.21.
PERSONAL: Son of Ron and Phyllis Ernst...attended Belleville East High School...majoring in mechanical engineering.
