Biography

2010: Set the S&T single season record for home runs with nine…batted .326 and drove in 37 runs on the year…had 13 multiple-hit games, including four-hit outings against Ouachita Baptist and Rockhurst…also had three hits in three other contests…drove in a season-high four runs in the season opener against Arkansas-Monticello and in both victories over Wisconsin-Parkside…had 18 extra base hits including eight doubles and a triple…recorded a slugging percentage of .606 to lead the team and scored 26 times.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played at Crowder College this spring and drove in 13 runs while playing the entire season without committing an error in the field…spent the 2008 season at Kansas City Kansas Community College, where he batted .343 with 12 runs batted in and four stolen bases.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended St. Dominic High School, where he belted seven home runs and drove in 27 while hitting .429 during his senior year…was a first-team all-state and all-metro selection while playing at St. Dominic.

PERSONAL: Son of Dean and Jean Pieper…majoring in civil engineering.
