Biography
2021: Played in all 11 games and earned honorable mention All-GLVC honors after recording 38 tackles from his linebacker position...had 18 solo stops during the season, as well as two tackles, four tackles for a loss and three pass breakups...had a season-high six tackles against South Dakota Mines and had five stops against Truman State.
2020: Finished the spring season with nine tackles, including seven solo stops...had eight tackles in the win over William Jewell.
2019: Earned a starting role at linebacker and finished with 51 tackles...had 24 solo stops along with three sacks and 5.5 tackles for a loss...posted a season-high seven tackles against Truman State, while making six against Eastern New Mexico and Southwest Baptist.
2018: Saw playing time in all 12 games as a redshirt freshman...finished the season with 48 tackles (sixth on the team) with 17 solo stops...also had four quarterback sacks, four tackles for a loss and a forced fumble...had a season-high seven tackles against William Jewell and six against Lincoln.
2017: Redshirted for the 2017 season.
High School: Earned all-conference at the high school level as a linebacker.
Personal: Attended Republic High School, where his coach was Wes Beachler...son of Sam and Malu Hayes...majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
