2024-25: Named an All-American in the 100-yard backstroke and the 400-yard medley relay…picked up fifth place at the GLVC Championships in the 100-yard backstroke, clocking in at 47.55…earned seventh place at the GLVC Championships in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:37.35…part of the 800-yard freestyle relay that recorded third place and the 400-yard freestyle relay that finished fifth at the GLVC Championships…led off the 400-yard medley relay at the NCAA Championships that earned 11^th place…set six career-bests in 2024-25 in the 50, 100 and 200-yard freestyle, 100-yard backstroke, 50-yard butterfly and 100-yard butterfly…broke the Missouri S&T pool records in the 200-yard freestyle and 400-yard freestyle relay on Jan. 24 against Rockhurst.

2023-24: Led off the 400-yard freestyle relay that recorded 17^th at the NCA Championships…picked up seventh place in the 200-yard freestyle at the GLVC Championships with a time of 1:38.49…earned sixth place in the 100-yard backstroke at the GLVC Championships, clocking in at 47.93…also collected fourth in the 200-yard backstroke with his time of 1:46.26…led off the 400-yard medley relay that finished in fourth at the GLVC Championships.

2022-23: Earned All-America honors during the season in the 200-yard backstroke and as part of the 200-medley and 800-yard freestyle relay teams...set a new school record in the 200-backstroke at the NCAA Division II Championships of 1:45.77 as he finished 14th overall...also posted times of 20.78 in the 50-freestyle, 46.64 in the 100-free, 1:37.12 in the 200-free and 48,55 in the 100-backstroke...finished fifth in the 200-freestyle and sixth in the 200-backstroke at the GLVC Championships as well 10th in the 100-backstroke...was part of the 200-, and 400- and 800-yard freestyle relay teams that finished among the top five at the conference meet.

2021-22: Competed in the 50-yard freestyle, posted the second-fastest squad time of 20.80…posted the 3rd best time in the 200-yard freestyle, 100-yard backstroke, and 200-yard backstroke… Along with a time of 4:45.16 in the 500-yard freestyle… Was the closing leg of the 800-yard freestyle, helping them place 10th in the NCAA Division 2 Championships along with a 17th place finish with the 400-yard freestyle relay…Named to GLVC Academic All- Conference.

2020-21: Placed 12th in the 200-yard backstroke at the GLVC Championships in his first season at S&T...was also part of the Miners' 800-yard freestyle relay team that finished fourth in the conference...competed in the freestyle and backstroke events as a freshman, posting times of 21.37 in the 50-freestyle, 1:39.99 in the 200-freestyle, 50.75 in the 100-backstroke and 1:47.17 in the 200-back...reached the NCAA Division II B-cut standard in the 200-freestyle and backstroke...member of GLVC All-Academic team.

PERSONAL: Son of Steve and Jen Walters...competed at Olathe East High School, where he was the leadoff swimmer for the Kansas 6A championship team in the 200-yard medley relay and was part of the state titlist in the 400-yard freestyle relay in 2020...also placed second in the 100-yard backstroke and third in the 200-yard freestyle at the 2020 state meet...finished fifth in the 100-yard backstroke at the Kansas State Championships in 2019, where his best career time is 52.97 seconds...swam in the freestyle events from 50-to-500-yards and won the 200-freestyle at the TYR Pro Super Finals, where he also captured titles in the 100- and 200-backstroke events...majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
