2021-22: Academic All-America for the second time as well as becoming a part of CoSIDA Academic All-District squad… Placed 10th in the 200-yard breaststroke in the NCAA Division 2 tournament with a time of 1:57.26… Had the top times for the miners swimming team in the 200-yard butterfly(1:47.11), 200-yard individual medley(1:48.82), and 400-yard individual medley (3:52.97)... Also participated in the 100-yard breaststroke, posting a time of 56.15 (11/18 at MU)...Named to GLVC Academic All- Conference.

2020-21: Earned numerous honors during the season both for his performance in the pool and the classroom...was the GLVC champion in the 200-yard breaststroke, where he would later finish third at the NCAA Division II Championships...also placed sixth in the 200-yard butterfly, ninth in the 200-yard individual medley and in scoring spots as part of four relay teams...also had a second place at the GLVC Championships in the 200-butterfly and set a school record in that event of 1:46.50, as well as a third place showing in the 200-IM where he also established a new school standard of 1:47.47...added a seventh place finish in the 400-IM with a time of 3:54.76...made an NCAA B-cut in the 100-breaststroke with his time of 55.41 seconds...was named as Missouri S&T's first-ever recipient of the Elite 90 Award at the NCAA Championships...was also named as a first-team CoSIDA Academic All-America selection, while also receiving the Br. James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar Award and being named to the GLVC All-Academic team.

2019-20: Earned All-America honors with a 10th place showing in the 200-yard individual medley at the NCAA Division II Championships...also earned All-America status in the 400-IM, 200-yard breaststroke and 200-yard butterfly from the CSCAA after the meet was canceled during day two...had qualified for the championship finals in the 400-IM prior to the cancellation...set school records in both individual medley events during the season with times of 1:47.99 in the 200-yard event and 3:51.98 over 400 yards...finished second at the GLVC Championships in the 200-breaststroke with a season-best time of 1:59.21...also placed third in the 200-yard individual medley and fourth in the 400-IM and 200-butterfly...posted top times of 56.23 seconds in the 100-yard breaststroke and 1:47.12 in the 200-butterfly.

2018-19: Selected as the GLVC "Freshman of the Year" after winning three individual titles at the GLVC Championships...won both individual medley events, including the 200-IM in a school record time of 1:48.51 and the 200-yard breaststroke...finished 10th in the 200-yard breaststroke and 13th in the 200-IM at the NCAA Division II Championships...posted top marks of 57.37 seconds in the 100-yard breaststroke, 1:58.33 in the 200-breaststroke, 1:48.97 in the 200-butterfly and 3:53.49 in the 400-IM.

PERSONAL: Son of Tom and Debbie Huffman…earned eight all-state swimming awards at Lee’s Summit High School…finished second in the 100-yard breaststroke and fourth in the 200-yard individual medley at the 2017-18 Missouri Class 2 state championships…finished third in the 100-breaststroke and eighth in the 200-IM as a junior and took 12^th in the 100-breaststroke in his sophomore season…was also part of two relay teams that finished among the top eight at the state meet…earned three USA Swimming All-Academic awards during his high school career…majoring in engineering management at Missouri S&T.
