Biography
2009-10: Finished his first season as a Miner as the team’s fourth-leading scorer with an average of 9.1 points per game…also averaged three rebounds and 1.8 assists a game…shot 38.6 percent from the field, 38.1 percent from three-point range and a team-best 91.4 percent at the free throw line, making 32 of his 35 attempts…scored in double figures on 13 occasions with a top performance of 30 points in the double overtime loss at Illinois-Springfield…had the Miners’ top scoring game of the season in that contest as he connected on a season-high five three-pointers…also scored 18 points against Missouri Baptist and Wisconsin-Parkside…added 36 steals and four blocked shots…made seven starts in the 28 games he appeared in.
AT SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS:
AT GRACELAND: Played the 2007-08 season at Graceland University in Lemoni, Iowa, leading the team with an average of 17.7 points a game as a freshman...shot 42.7 percent from three-point range with 91 three-point baskets on the year...connected of 41 percent of his shots overall and 83.5 percent at the free throw line...also had a team-high 121 assists and 36 steals, while adding nine blocked shots and 4.5 rebounds a game.
HIGH SCHOOL: Averaged 10.7 points, three rebounds and 3.7 assists per game as a senior at O’Fallon Township High School, which finished as the Illinois Class AA runner-up with a 28-8 record…recorded 133 assists to go with 84 steals and 15 blocked shots…connected on 41.9 percent of his field goal attempts and 39 percent from beyond the three-point line with a team-high 69 treys…also shot 85.3 percent at the free throw line during his senior season.
