2021-22: Competed in the 100-yard breaststroke posting a top time of 56.34, 200-yard breaststroke posting the third-best time with a 2:01.08 and placing 11th in the GLVC Championship, 200-yard individual medley, and 400 yard individual medley… Named to GLVC Academic All- Conference.

2020-21: Qualified for the NCAA Division II Championships in three events, finishing 15th in the 200-yard breaststroke...also competed in the 200- and 400-yard individual medley races; has his best times of the season at the national meet of 1:50.57 in the 200-IM and 3:59.20 in the 400-IM....was part of the Miner teams that took 10th in the 200-freestyle relay and 11th in the 800-free relay...fastest time of the year in the 200-breaststroke was 1:59.76 to help him finish fifth at the GLVC Championships...also took 11th in the 400-IM, 12th in the 100-breaststroke and 13th in the 200-IM...best time in the 100-breaststroke was 55.74 seconds...member of GLVC All-Academic team.

AT BARTON CC: Was the national runner-up in the 400-yard individual medley at the 2020 NJCAA National Championships with a time of 4:01.94...finished fourth in the 200-yard individual medley as he recorded a time of 1:51.99 in the finals..was also part of the fourth place finisher in the 800-yard freestyle relay and was also fifth in the 200-breaststroke and sixth in the 100-breaststroke.

PERSONAL: Son of Steve and Joia Sprenger...competed at Mill Valley High School, where he finished second in the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard individual medley as a senior at the 2019 Kansas State Championships...finished fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke and fifth in the 200-IM as a junior, while recording fifth place showings in those two events in his sophomore season...majoring in civil engineering at Missouri S&T.
