Biography

Will be among the competitors for the starting running back role this fall...completed the 2010 season with 35 yards on 11 carries before his season ended with an injury in the game at South Alabama...had a season-high 30 yards on 10 carries in that contest before the injury and also caught a pass for 14 yards...had 115 yards on 29 carries during the 2009 season with a high game of 44 at Kentucky Wesleyan…had one touchdown run which came at Southwest Baptist…ran for 248 yards on 24 carries and four touchdowns as a reserve back in 2008, averaging 10.3 yards per carry...had a season-high 97 yards on just five carries at Lincoln and scored three times on runs of 45, 26 and 20 yards...fourth touchdown run was his longest carry of the season of 67 yards against Southwest Baptist...was redshirted in 2007…was the recipient of his team’s "Ironman Award" and "Heart of the Lion" award following the 2006 season at the high school level. 

Personal: Attended King High School, where his coach was Joe Severino…son of Michael and Barita Wilson…competes in track and field for S&T as a sprinter, where he scored for the Miners in the 100- and 200-meter dashes at the 2008 Great Lakes Valley Conference Outdoor Championships…earned All-America honors in the sport in May as part of S&T's 4x100-meter relay team...majoring in computer engineering.
